Lee Henry Jenkins was born 9 Dec 1900 in Chillicothe, Missouri to Charles Henry Jenkins (1866-1928) & Edith Brassfield (1872-1967).
Lee was first married 24 Dec 1918 in Chillicothe, Livingston, Missouri, USA to Eva Leah Fairchilds (1900–1922) They had a son Lee Henry Jenkins Jr
(1920–1920). I found these two newspaper articles.
I also found their daughter Margaret's death certificate.
Lee married 2nd 7 Jul 1922 in Chillicothe, Livingston, Missouri, USA to Jessie Thelma Collins (1904–1999) They had the following children:
Mary Ellen Jenkins
1923–2004
Kathleen L Jenkins
1924–2007
Margaret Lee Jenkins
1927–1927
Charles Henry Jenkins
1928–2003
Leonard Roy Jenkins
1930–1964
Here's a family photo but whom ever posted it originally on Ancestry did not identify the children. I believe the little blonde girl may be Kathleen.
Then the bigamy marriage was 1 Sep 1931 in Bozeman, Gallatin, Montana, USA to Veryl Leora Davis
(1909–1985) She had 4 marriages including this one. I believe Thelma stayed with him, that took guts.
Lee died 25 Jan 1935 in New Mexico, here's the link to his Find A Grave Memorial.

I attached his wives to him.
I didn't find any obituary for him or why he died so young. I wonder why he went and married another woman on the side? I dig deep into Veryl's records and she was married and divorced 4 times. Here they are in order of marriage.

What's sad is the loss of his 2 small children and his first wife, that must of been devastating...Maybe Veryl was good at luring men.
Lee was in the service I found two Military headstone applications.
What a story to add to a tree, sad but the truth always prevails no matter. I think Lee would want to truth known and not some drama made up family story passed down.
