Charles Raymond Queen: Traveling Criminal

Charles Raymond Queen was born 3 Feb 1916 in Caledonia, MO, to James Russell Queen (1891-1972) &  Roberta E French (1890-1965).

He was drafted into the US Army 14 Mar 1944 and stationed in Arizona. I found tis newspaper clipping.

He was discharged 11 May 1946 by 1947 he was in Idaho forging checks and doing burglaries.

Crime: Burglary

This is all I found on his forgery dated 1942

After he left Idaho he went to Montana he was working for a rancher and got himself into more trouble in 1951.

After he left Montana he went to Georgia and was arrested a couple times for drunkenness', he then moved on to Texas where he met his wife.

Charles Married

31 May 1968 in Brazoria, Texas, USA to Mae Davis, she had been married before and had a child her previous married name was Cantrell, I found this information in his obituary.

I searched newspaper records and I didn't find anything for him in Texas.

Charles died 26 Dec 1987 in Williamson County, TX 

Funny thing about his birthdate some records show 1916 and others show 1918 as well as his draft card.

His wife Mae died in 1994
