I didn't find any other records for J.W. he was transferred to Monroe 
6 Nov 1908, his final release date was 31 July 19?? hard to make out the pencil marks. Washington had lots of woodsmen, they did logging and there were even a lot of miners. J.W. could of easily blended in with those men or maybe he left the state and opened a barber shop somewhere. Who knows, anything is possible. Don't you just love these old mug shots?
