Notice he had needle marks all over his body including both arms and shoulders and one on Left his cheek. 



This might not be him I believe it is but I am not perfect, LOL 


I did not find any other newspaper articles which was very disappointing. He had a very rough life and moved around, he might have worked for the railroad or he was a transient.

Maybe he is someone's ancestor and they can help fill in the blanks for us. But man what a sad life.
