I did not find him in the 1950 Census
Mary re-married to Aqullla Richard Powers he had been married before & had children. I did not find any children for Mary and no marriage records for either men.
Mary did die in Kerns County, CA 16 Oct 1983 and is buried in the North Kern Cemetery. Here's the link to her Find A Grave Memorial.

What a story and what a life, they had to of been constantly on the run. He had served time in Alabama's Federal Prison for the Mann Act (White Slavery).
