David Nathaniel Kidd was born 20 Jul 1879 in Alabama, to Luke Gipson Kidd (1838-1918) & Lucy Ann Moultrie (1839-1916).

First sign of trouble was in 1897 he was 22 years old.

After being pardoned twice he gets into more trouble this time it's Federal, so he would of been tried in a Federal Court and placed in a Federal Prison. I did search for his records and couldn't find any online but a family member could request court records which would say his sentence and where he was sent.

He had many siblings and they all seemed to of also been in some trouble. His father was a Civil War Veteran and I found a couple newspaper articles on his endeavor.
